Oligo Adapters
One oligo format, any target
Every Oligo Adapter carries a defined DNA sequence that pairs with one of the 64 proprietary capture sequences on the sensor chip. Inject the adapter, and it self-sorts onto its own spot by DNA-directed immobilization (DDI). The adapter then presents your ligand, captured or coupled, on the chip surface, ready for the interaction study.
Thirteen adapters cover three ways to bring your molecule to the surface. Affinity adapters capture a tagged or native ligand directly. Covalent adapters couple your own molecule chemically or enzymatically. The application-specific RGD adapter lets living cells adhere for cell-based molography.
When the run is complete, the standard regeneration solution strips the adapter and the chip is ready for the next study, with no optimization of regeneration protocols. Consecutive injections of adapters with different sequences enable parallel or comparative studies on one chip.
