Adaptors can be obtained conjugated to any of the 64 proprietary DNA sequences on our complementary to our oligo chips. A simple injection functionalizes the DNA sensor with your desired adaptor, ready for injection of your (tagged) ligand. Once your done just use our standard regeneration solution and you are ready for your next interaction experiment.

Anti-Fc Adaptor:
Tailored for Fc regions of antibodies. Based on Protein-A/G, recognizes most Human-IgG molecules.
Anti-Biotin Adaptor:
Based on Neutravidin. For straightforward immobilization of biotinylated molecules.
Anti-His Adaptor:
Ideal for His-tagged proteins.
Anti-NH2 Adaptor:
Ideal for nonmodified proteins. Works the same way as the well-known EDC/NHS chemistry, but with more control and an easy way to regenerate the immobilized molecules.
Strep-Tactin-XT Adaptor:
Directed against the highly affine Strep-Tactin Tag. Preferentially use this tag in your expression system for affine binders over the His-tag, which is not suitable for analyzing strong interactions.
